• Flaky Paratha is a unleavened bread that originates from the Northern part of the Indian sub-continent. It is a unique paratha with crispy and flaky texture. It is round shaped off white colour dough. Suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans. Halal certified.

Cooking Instructions:

• Remove a packet of Paratha from freezer (Do not defrost as this may cause the dough to become too sticky)..
• Peel one side of the plastic layering from the Paratha and place the uncovered side on a preheated pan, remove the second piece of plastic layering and panfry for 1-1 ½ minutes..
• Press the Paratha gently and turn it over. Panfry for another 1-1 ½ minutes again, until both sides are golden brown..
• When both sides are ready, remove the Paratha from the pan. Using both hands, clap the Paratha gently by the edge to make it light and fluffy..
