What payment methods do you accept?

How is fresh merchandise handled?

Because we like to provide the most fresh products for our customers, orders containing naans, chapatis, and fresh made sweets may experience a shorty delay in order to ensure the least amount of time in transit. 

What is your shipping policy? 

we offer shipping by UPS ground. We will not be able to ship to PO box addresses.

Where do you ship?

To qualify for shipping promotions, orders must ship within the lower 48 United States. We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada upon request. Please call 1-888-415-7798

How long after my order is placed will it be shipped? 

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received.  If all goods are in stock, your order will be shipped within 48 hours.  If items are on back order, or out of stock, it may take up to 48 business hours for shipment. We will update you of same.

What is your return policy? 

All sales on groceries are considered final due to health purposes. Unless you have received an incorrect order, we do not accept returns. 

Do I need to pay sales tax? 

For all orders shipped outside the state of new york/new jersey, no sales tax will be applied. All orders shipped within the state of new york/new jersey are subject to sales tax. 

Are all of the products fresh? 

Yes, all of our products are personally checked before shipment.
